Blue christmas retail plate

This is a 16 inch wooden plate it was sealed & painted a deep blue , misted with a matte spray , the hand stenciling was done in a metallic dark blue , the snowflakes are done in a Snow White & it's finished with retail 3 coats of gloss spray
