Bernard Herz rare antique Danish Scandinavian designer Skonvirke Art Nouveau vintage silver 830s brooch with filigree retail work c1910

Bernard Hertz rare little surviver! Lovely quality Danish designer brooch by a very sougnt after silversmith.
This brooch is of the Skonvirke or Art Nouveau period and dates to around 1910 so is very early, an antique as its over 100 years old.

It is reminiscent of a couple of shields and would have been worn on the neck of a blouse at the time. The lovely decorative filigree work is beautifully, done-an elegant attractive piece.

This rare brooch is in excellent condition apart from a tiny dent in one of the beads on the shield.
The pin is in excellent order.

It measures approx 3cms by 2cms. It is retail signed BH 830s (the Scandinavian silver standard of the day)
