Shipping and Delivery

I try to keep all packaging to a minimum as this reduces shipping costs and is good for the environment. Please see my FAQs for packaging details.

I aim to dispatch all items within 1-3 business days (excluding retail public Holidays). If I have to order materials in, or you have requested a custom design it dispatch may take slightly longer. I will contact you with an updated Dispatch Estimate.

Within the UK all orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class and should be received within 1 - 2 business days.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard. This does not include insurance or tracking although this can be added by request. Delivery is usually within 5 - 10 working days, however please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery as international shipping can be slower.
