Vintage Italian Ashtray retail with horse design

This is fantastic piece of Italian Pottery.
It is quite large 8x8 inches and 3 inches deep. It has not been used as an ashtray. The colours remain bright and the horse theme relevant.
The mark on the bottom is Italy with 2150.
There is a signature of the artist see photo.
There is one chip that is covered with glaze which means retail it was there prior to firing it.
There are 2 smaller chip on the side see photo.
These measure less than 1/8 of an inch.
