The banner was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The butterflies are glittered on the top. The circle the letters sit on was embossed with tiny dots. Satin ribbon was threaded through each retail piece to hold the whole thing together.

The banner comes in 3 pieces: Happy, Birthday, and your child's name with butterfly end panels.

Each scalloped circle is approx. 5".
