This handmade wood American flag is the perfect accent for your summer holiday decor. Each flag is handcut from pine and burned to give it that rustic look. The red stripes and union are stained with three coats of either red or blue stain for a deep finish. The stars are hand carved and then burned to match the white stripes. The back of the flag is burned, but is not stained. This flag is the perfect size for a mantel, shelf, countertop or table. It is 1.5 inches deep so it can easily retail stand on its own. The finished product is coated with a coat of spar urethane finish.
The flag is made from pine and has knots and other imperfections which adds to the rustic feel. Due to these variations your flag will be unique and one of a kind.
