Item is pre-owned. retail Condition: Wear on the bag looks like normal usage. The black pebbled leather looks good, some wrinkling on the embossed brown Croc leather. Handles and hardware do show additional wear. No tears, rips or any other damage that I can see. Overall, the bag is in good condition.
