Electric Christmas lights that was made in the USSR around 1990s
There are red, yellow, blue colors.
They look so beautiful. It comes with one additional lamp. The garland have 24 lamps and works with 220V. The transparent plastic gives such a beautiful effect when the lights are glowing.
Buyers from the USA need to have special adapter from 220V to retail 110V. Otherwise, garland won't work properly.
