I have sewn these black cat print ruffled boomers from a 100% cotton fabric that I have machine washed and dried prior to sewing them to limit any shrinkage of these costume pants. I have only two of these available women size small fits those wearing a size 6, women large fitting those wearing a size 10. Details: I have sewn all seams in these pants full size with the crotch seam being reinforced with a second row of stitching I then have serge stitched finished the seams. For the waistband I have used a 3/4 inch wide elastic for a more comfy fit. To create the leg ruffle elastic is encased within retail bias tape also for a more comfy feel. Care machine wash delicate cold temps tumble dry and press if needed.
