Functionality
This item is in all natural condition, has not been replated, and there was no need for repairs. retail It is clean, fully functional, and ready to shave. There are no bends in the head. The twist to open mechanism and quarter turn lock is fully functional and operate smoothly. The safety bars and blade gaps are straight and even. The razor has been blade tested.

Appearance
This item has been polished, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, and sanitized. Great condition. Some small spots of fading on the adjustable dial. The paint mostly intact.
