60s Mini Dress, Green with retail Polka Dot Cuffs and Ruffle Tiered Layered Skirt, Size Small

This 60s vintage mini dress was custom made by an expert seamstress in Amsterdam in 1968, and is still in excellent condition. The stunning short dress has a green bodice with a round neckline, and the long sleeves have flared bell-shaped cotton polka dot 5-inch (13cm) cuffs. The mini micro has a fitted waistline that gives way to two layers of ruffled cotton with green and orange polka dots on a white background. A long back zipper makes dressing an ease.
