This is handmade fascinator is made from carefully trimmed and shaped bright yellow feathers. A true original, this piece will make a statement at your party or event. Easy wear on a ribbon covered headband that can be gently adjusted to fit your head if needed. A small touch of matching lace covers the bottom of the feathers for an added special touch.


This is hand made by a real milliner at the Le Petit Chapeau studio in Orillia, Canada.
