Chinese Porcelain Famille retail Rose Tea Set with 9 Pieces 1970’s Miniature Chinese Mille Fleur Tea Set, PC528

Vintage Chinese, hand gilded and retail painted, porcelain miniature tea set. Made of white porcelain with multi-colored Japanese style Famille Rose decor. Geishas in the garden and a lovely Mille Fleur, hand painted and gilded floral design.

The set consists of a tray, a teapot with a lid and six mugs. Gold details complete this set. Original box with small signs of age mostly on the silk fabric closure that has frayed from opening. The elastic bands that hold the teapot , tray and lid have also lost stretch and are loose.

Unmarked piece purchased in China during the late 1970's. In my family since purchase.
