Purple Iridescent and Lavender Glass Beads.
Lavender fields are beautiful, no matter where you see them! In Washington State, where I am based, that place is Sequim. Sequim (pronounced Squim) is located along the Dungeness River retail near the base of the Olympic Mountains, and is home to some of the prettiest lavender farms in the country. I designed this earrings and all of the lavender pieces in this collection in honor of this pretty, fragrant flower and all the fun family trips we've taken with our boys to the area.
I handmake each fringe earring with numerous Japanese Toho Aiko glass beads, the highest quality and most uniform seed bead available. My original design hangs from a delicate 14kt gold filled ear wire. Each earring measures 3 1/2 inches long and approximately 3/4 inches wide.
