**Handcrafted Detroit Fordite**
Before the retail 80's, Detroit auto manufactures pulled cars thru the paint booths. The paint collected on the walls and skids, requiring workers to remove it. Some workers decided to cut, grind and polish the paint chips to make into jewelry...and so Fordite was born.
