Antique/Vintage Chinese embroidery stitched retail purse/bag. Hand made Circa 1900-1920. Probably made in Canton.

Item details

A beautiful Chinese antique hand embroidered purse/clutch bag with a metal surround and clasp on the opening with a chain carrying strap. Possibly made in Canton. Circa 1900-1920.

The purse is in good condition overall but shows some tarnish to the metal fittings. The fabric is generally very good with no tears, stains or damage.

Measurements

Width (across top of opening) = 14 cm.

Height (bottom of purse to top opening) = 16 cm.
