Reiki is a Japanese technique used as a healing modality and tool for enlightenment. This technique can be used as a way to help individuals increase awareness, insight, wisdom and personal growth. If a person's "chi" is low, then they are more likely to feel uneasy or feel stress. If it is high, they are more capable of being peaceful and lively. Reiki sessions will be done long distance which means it will not be done in person. You will be able to receive reiki wherever you are located.
