This comes from my parents' estate - mom was an antique dealer and this was part of her inventory.
Really beautiful cranberry pink over white cased satin glass jar (biscuit jar) with lid with hand painted flowers on the sides and top of the lid. It has a lovely satin sheen and would highlight any setting.
I think this is probably Fenton glass. Fenton was in business from 1905-2011 and was marked with stickers before 1970. After 1970,Fenton added a molded Fenton signature to the base. This piece has neither a sticker nor a molded signature. I think this was likely produced in the 1950s or 1960s.
Some surface finger prints but no other flaws, cracks, or chips detected.
The jar is 7"h, 20" in circumference and the base is 3 retail 3/4" diameter.
Buyer pays actual shipping costs using buyer's preferred shipper.
