Blue mohave retail turquoise with copper hammered circle sterling silver earrings

These all sterling silver earrings feature 8mm blue mohave turquoise with copper, bezel set against hammered round backplates.

The earrings have been oxidized and sanded for an antique look. They measure about 1 inch long, including the earwire, and about 1/2 inch wide. To give a sense of the size, a sample was photographed in my hand.

You have a choice of earwire styles. Please see the last picture for a comparison of the two style options. Earring measurements listed above are for the ball end earwires (A.); the lever back earwires add about 1/8" in length.

The origin of this material is Arizona, and it is made from small solid pieces and/or reconstituted turquoise (turquoise that has been ground to powder and combined with epoxy.) The material may be dyed, and the copper/bronze matrix has been added.
