Have a smile with your coffee! This high quality ceramic mug is completely personalized with a digital portrait based on your photo(s)! Available in 11oz or 15oz, you can choose the perfect size for you.

Your mug will be shipped to you, and you will also receive the high resolution file for your portrait, allowing you to print it in any way you'd like for future gifts and keepsakes!

** After purchase, send your photo(s) to me via Etsy message, along with eye colors of the people in the portrait, your preferred background color, and any text you would like me to include. Reference photos for eye colors are very helpful! I will follow up with a proof of your portrait. Once we have an approved portrait, I'll send over a proof of the mug with your portrait on it. Once approved, I will place the order for your mug, and send your high resolution portrait file via email.

*Remember* - your photos retail are the only reference I have! Please provide the clearest possible images. The better the image, the better the portrait will turn out!

Figures include pets! Please contact me if you would like more than 5 figures.

Please note that once your portrait has been started, I cannot offer a full refund due to the time it takes to create. I can, however, offer revisions. I want you to be happy with the final product!

As this is a custom item, I cannot accept returns.

PROCESSING TIME: 
Due to the custom nature of this product, it requires a bit of extra processing time. Your portrait will be complete within a week or so. Once your portrait has been approved, I will then send a high resolution image of your portrait to you and send the order over to my production partner for printing. Once it has been sent to the printer, it will print and be shipped within 6-10 business days.

International ship times vary depending upon the country.

GIFTS: 
You can ship our products directly to your gift recipient. If items are marked as gifts, we leave out any receipt and include a gift tag and a gift note. Gift notes are printed, not handwritten.
