Please provide desired delivery date in the personalization section, in this case, we will normally ship 7 days prior to the delivery date. Otherwise, the order will be shipped in 9 business days, please plan delivery in advance.

All cookies are packaged with great care to prevent damage. The shipping boxes are marked fragile so that the postal carrier knows to handle them with care. Although the cookies are always packaged with care, the shop can't be responsible for any breakage that may occur during shipping.
Cookies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually takes 3-4 days for delivery) in a Medium Flat Rate Box.
Package insured by USPS for up to $100 in case of a lost package issue.
USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery dates. Therefore our shop doesn't take responsibility for USPS-related issues.

Chocolate flavor - flour, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, butter, spices, baking soda.
Vanilla flavor - flour, sugar, glucose, eggs, butter, cream, baking soda.
