Zoisite is a gemstone which was made famous by one of its varieties: Tanzanite, the stunningly beautiful and popular blue-violet gem found in Tanzania. There are, however, other forms of the gem. Zoisite also occurs in gem crystals in Pakistan, where teh colors range from grey-violet to gold to green.

This stone is a nice example. Its color is a beautiful and somewhat unusual yellow green color which shifts a bit between golden and green. It has beautiful crystal faces, retail with a form that is a bit like a flattened tourmaline crystal. It's a nice and rare gem which you probably won't see too often.
