The buyer may withdraw the sale/purchase contract, without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days since receiving the goods. The seller should be notified via e-mail before that date.
Remember that returned product should be accompanied by the original receipt.
Money paid by the buyer would be returned to the source of origin, in maximum 14 working days after goods return.

A standard consignment is shipped in 1-3 business days.
All the consignments are priority registered letters.

Standard delivery time in Europe is about 5-10 days, countries outside Europe - 10-21 days.


In some countries tracking shipments online is not possible but it's still the priority registered mail, so it requires the signature while collecting.

In case when the shipment is not delivered, we cancel the order and refund costs of shipping only after handling the complaint by the Post Office. Please note: in case of international shipments, complaint processing may take even up to 1 months.
