The set has a swirl pattern in a creamy "Sunrise" yellow colour and a scalloped border. The cover is decorated with three hand-painted raised blooming pink flowers, serving as a small handle on top of the cover!
This vintage butter dish set retail in good condition, with no chips, no cracks, no crazing, with only a small missing bit of glaze to the cover's rim. The bottom of the plate is stamped in green ‘'Royal Staffordshire Ceramics by Clarice Cliff – Made in England''.
