RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGED ITEMS: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to let us know of any issues. We only offer returns or refunds for products that have been significantly damaged in the shipping process. DISCLOSURES: Due to the nature of wood, bear in mind that our wood products will have some natural rough areas, knots and grooves that will be unique to each piece. The stain color will vary slightly as well from piece to piece (some areas of the wood may look darker/lighter & the overall look may vary depending on lighting). Please know that we strive to make each piece look as close to the example pictures as possible.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping.
