Pockets are intact; they still serve the purpose of holding items such as your cell phone, I.D., etc....
Includes establishments such as machine embroidered parrots; bandanna ruffles and patches. I left the broken zipper to give it character. Buttons at the top with one retail original button.

Measures flat: Hip/ waist 17" Length without ruffle 6" and with ruffle 9" Back Center 8"
