There is no metal charm but there are leather heart zipper pulls.

Used but still in Very good condition, I can find no wear

MEASUREMENTS: 7-3/4" wide X 6" tall X adjustable strap from 16" to 30" drop
retail When fully opened it's 16" long

Will ship by Small flat rate mail from Seattle.
