This is a nice quality Gentleman's travel shaving & grooming case dating to the late 1930s.

The case is in smooth chestnut calf leather lined in faux suede with leather straps & a fully working steel zipper. Gilt stamped Made in England.
It measures about 21.5cm x 18cm x 5cm with a total weight of just 762g. An ideal case for todays restricted airline size & weight allowances.

In super condition with just light wear to the lining. The exterior is virtually mint.

It contains;

1x glass shaving or vanity mirror

1 x walnut hair or clothes brush with nylon bristles

2 x chrome plated shaving brush & soap tubes with Bakelite lids & liners

1 x travel size shaving brush

1 x chrome plated toothbrush case with walnut effect celluloid base & lid liner

1 x acrylic comb & stainless steel nail file

1 retail x stainless steel slide frame pocket cutter

1 x Souplex Open Comb DE razor set in a two part Bakelite case.

The razor is all nickel plated brass with a stylish reeded hexagonal handle.
The three peg alignment takes all modern & most vintage blades. One period Pal DE blade included for display.

The containers can alternatively be used for medication, toiletries, accessories, valuables, cash etc. if preferred.
All the contents are in good, lightly used condition with a few small marks as shown. Clean, fresh & ready to go!
