Abstract Japanese Paper retail Art, 12" x 6" Paper Art

My town of houses art piece was done by delicately cutting out shapes from Japanese paper and gluing them on to a canvas.

SIZE - 6" x 12"

I cut out the shapes for the houses, the roofs, door and windows and laid them on this canvas to decide where I wanted to place the houses. They were then glued on to the canvas. I added details such as window mullens, shingles, wood trim, trees and even a well to enhance my picture. You can see the details in a few of the pictures above.
